This Addendum supplements and modifies the Soothe Terms and Conditions (https://www.soothe.com/terms-and-conditions/) for Providers.

SOOTHE shall have the right in its sole discretion to suspend and/or terminate PROVIDER’s participation on SOOTHE’s platform without advance notice for lateness, cancellations (both early and late) and for failure to show up for the appointment as follows:

*NOTE: The foregoing is related only to attendance. SOOTHE also reserves the right to remove any PROVIDER from the SOOTHE platform at any time for non-attendance related issues. (e.g. low quality score, customer complaints, etc.)
