Soothe Receives International Customer Service Excellence Award

Soothe®, the on-demand wellness company which delivers a licensed, insured massage therapist to one’s home or office, proudly announces it has received the 2019 International Service Excellence Award in the Small Business category given by the Customer Service Institute of America (CSIA). This award, which recognizes excellence in businesses with fewer than 100 employees, will be presented April 22-24, 2020, during CSIA’s Celebration of Excellence and Leadership event, taking place in Oak Brook, Illinois.

“This award is a tremendous honor for Soothe because it recognizes countless hours spent by our operations staff and customer service teams to deliver the highest quality customer experience to two categories of dedicated customers — those who purchase our massages, as well as the hardworking and loyal massage therapists who deliver massage,” says Jeff Bishop, SVP of Operations at Soothe.

Bishop continues, “While so many staff across departments have contributed to making Soothe into a success, it’s very important to our leadership to recognize the significant contributions of two people — Troy Robinson, Senior Operations Manager of Customer Experience, who oversees the daily operation of the Concierge, Therapist Support, Client Success, and VIP Teams; and Michele Padron, our supervisor of the Customer Experience, VIP, and Therapist Success Teams. Without their ongoing dedication and commitment, we could neither create nor deliver the quality customer service that exists today.”

Says Christine Churchill Burke, Founder and CEO of CSIA, “Soothe stood out to us because of the unwavering dedication to everyone they engage with — customers, therapists, future customers, and so forth. As an organization, they make decisions and proceed with investments that improve the experience and safety of both their clients and therapists.”
