Request to join the Soothe network

It only takes 5 minutes to submit your information

Upload documents for verification

Submit a copy of your state ID, professional license, and liability insurance. We’ll also need your consent to complete a criminal background check.

Prepare your mobile supply kit

Depending on the service, you may need a mobile massage table, fresh linens, professional products (massage oil, skincare supplies, blow dryer, etc.), and/or cleaning supplies for each appointment
